Peasants wore simple clothing in plain colors. Their outfits could include a tunic, and some other accessories like tights and a hood. Merchants wore nicer clothing with more expensive fabrics. Nobles wore ornate, expensive clothing. The color of the clothing was very important. Purples and reds were a symbol of nobility. |
